Mystee Spencer-Prince, MD
Dr. Mystee Spencer-Prince studied medicine at the University of West Indies (UWI), St Augustine, Trinidad where she graduated at the top of her class. In June of 1998, she moved to the Bahamas to start an internship at the Princess Margaret Hospital.?In 2002, she pursued sub-specialty training in Family Medicine at the UWI Nassau Campus, where she received both her Diploma and Master of Science degree.?
After 11 years of public service, Dr. Spencer-Prince became a certified health coach to enhance the level of care the conventional medicine model offered. As a Fellow of AIHM's Integrative Health and Medicine Program, she continues that work in private practice. One of her goals is to assist the Bahamian Community in achieving their best health. She is doing this by guiding them to adopt a holistic approach to health and wellness via lifestyle education and facilitating behavioral change through safe and scientifically proven techniques.
Mystee has been happily married to Sheldon for over 19 years and they have four remarkable children. Her hobbies include baking healthier?breads, gardening, meeting people and traveling.
